As a reward for your feedback and taking the time to complete the survey, you will get a free entry to participating in the ABA monthly prize draw contest for a chance to win the prize.

Burton Customer Survey Sweepstakes Prize

One prize is available to win in each monthly prize draw period. The prize is consisting of £250 for the UK winner or €300 for the Republic of Ireland, Germany or Netherlands winner or $300 for the USA winner.

To take part in the Burton Customer Feedback Survey and become eligible to enter the sweepstakes, you must comply with the rules and regulations outlined for the contest. Like, you must be

• A legal resident of the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, USA, Germany or Netherlands
• At least 16 years old or over at the time of entry.
• Not an employee of the Burton, Arcadia Group and agencies or any of your immediate family members and the person living in the same household as an employee or representative of ABA Market Research Limited or any of their subsidiaries, licensees and affiliates.
• Visit a participating Burton location lately.
• Receive an invitation email or a Burton till-receipt printed a survey invitation and link on it.

Burton Customer Feedback Sweepstakes Entry

There are two ways, Online Survey Completion or Mail-In, to participate in the Burton Customer Feedback Survey Sweepstakes Entry. You can choose any of them as per your preference. Below are brief guides of those two methods.

Online Entry

• Go to the Burton Survey webpage at www.burton.co.uk/feedback or click the link at your email survey invitation.
• Scroll down and click on the “RATE US” button on the left-hand side of the page.

• Select a store from the map below or type the postcode or town in the search bar and select the store of Burton you would like to give feedback on.
• Fill out the survey based on your experience with Burton
• Submit your contact details including a valid email address at the correct screen to opt-in to enter the prize draw.

Mail-In Entry

Those, who would not like to complete the online survey or make a qualifying purchase from Burton to receive the survey invitation, can also enter the ABA prize draw by the Alternate Means of Entry. For that, you will need to handwrite the sentence “Please enter me in the customer satisfaction survey prize draw” along with your first name, last name, full address (no PO Box), home telephone number, and email address on a sheet of paper and send it to the following mailing address.

A Few Important Notes on Burton Survey & ABA Prize Draw

• Each Burton Customer Feedback Survey completed and mail-in entry will receive one free entry to the draw.
• A maximum of one survey completion or mail-in entry is allowed to each person, unique email address, phone number or mail-in request.
• One winner will be selected randomly in the monthly draw from all the valid entries within 10 business days of the end of one prize draw entry period.
• The winners will be contacted by email within 10 business days of the draw to confirm their full name and address to accept the prize.
• The prize value and currency will depend on the country the winner resides in.
• The prize will be awarded in the form of a cheque within 6 weeks of confirmation of acceptance of the prize.
